Dear Mr, Mrs
Request for support
I am writing to you on behalf of Kheremkhen kindergarten, located in the fourth district, Darkhan-Uul province, Mongolia.
There are 55 children, 13 teachers and other assistants in the “Kheremkhen” kindergarten.
Every day our teachers are striving to offer their children a better life, being not only their tutors but also their family during week days. In fact, they look after them 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
Most part of the children (70%) live in extremely poor conditions in the countryside, where there is no kindergarten for them. They are therefore forced to come by train to our kindergarten every Monday and return back home on Fridays.
Our needs, however, are much grater and urgent. We lack any support which could help our children broaden their knowledge and significantly improve their future life.
We would be most grateful if you could please take into consideration our help request.
Thank you very much indeed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am pleased to write to you about the projects that I believe will be of interest to your organization. The Youth for Education in Sudan is seeking capital support over two years to provide aggressive, hands-on construction of primary school, dairy farming and agriculture programs in Aweil, Northern Bahr el Ghazal State in Southern Sudan.
Education and farming are highly effective enrichment programs for communities in Southern Sudanese which are reconstructing their livelihoods after more than 21 years of civil war which led to loss of more than 2.5 lives, displacement of 4 million people and destruction of property worth million of dollars including all the social infrastructures. Formed with the Sudanese youth and women, the program currently has a total of two hundred members.
The proposed project will, utilizing the resources and leadership of Y.E.S, bring educational resources needed to secure and maintain the proposed Diary farming and agriculture with which to support themselves and their families.
We are seeking support from your organization to enable us to develop a pilot Diary farming and agriculture programs and demonstrate their soundness and effectiveness to the Dinka community in Northern Bahr el Ghazal, for future and environmental conservation.
We critically need funds to launch these sorely needed programs. This support will constructively assist the 2,500 residents to be served by our new community service program.
Thanking you in advance for your concern and support
Yours Sincerely
Gabriel Ken Malek
Executive Director
Youth for Education in Sudan (Y.E.S)
